Designed to fit seamlessly with the other condos in Pleasantview.
This version is my "Take 2" (reworked and updated at MTS on 08/08/2020.) It is now on a 1-Step Foundation with minimal CC (only 3 items.) The look and 'feel' of the place is the same, so I did not re-take all the pictures. The big 'difference' is that it is now on a 1-step foundation - which means you must install HL's Simple Passage Modular Stairs in your game for sims to be able to access the foundation and enter the building. The internal stairway has also been reworked. Instead of the 'L-shaped' split-landing stairs shown in the older pictures, it is the modern Apartment Life spiral staircase.

Instructions:
The house built for this tutorial has specifically a 2-click/2-step foundation. BUT, the same technique can be used for regular 4-click foundations, or any height you need. Just modify the Grid-Adjuster settings accordingly.

So, from Ogilvie's Instructions, I bring you Four "Starter Homes" from 1885:
All 4 houses are built on 2X2 lots; and are "Starter" priced under $20K.
They are all lightly furnished; except House #16 - it is UNfurnished.
They all have standard appliances, plumbing and lighting included - with telephones and smoke alarms (but, no burglar alarms.)
They all have one bathroom. Bedrooms vary from two to four...
They all have planned driveways. Driveways are prepared, but NOT included.
They are all No-CC; except House #16 - the 1-click foundation. It must have HL's SimplePassageModularStairs (included.) There is no access to a 1-click foundation house unless you have these stairs.

"Florida"
A Mark Stewart Modern Home Design for a narrow lot - the lot has been shrunk to 10X30 with the Lot Adjuster. It comes in three color options: Yellow, Blue, and Red.
Each home's furniture/decor, though not exactly the same, is very similar. These homes feature 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a garage, grill patio, upper balcony/deck, and small garden.
The thing I'm most proud of with this build is the 1-Click Foundation with attached garage AND a No-Slope basement! The Grid-Adjuster and my brain really got a work-out on this one! I don't recommend remodeling! It is built with only one CC - HL's Simple Passage Stairs - necessary for the 1-Step Foundation to work.
And is a pet-friendly home. Enjoy!
