This lot was tested in Belladonna Cove, but because it is one of the business lots in my new desert hood, some of the pictures were taken in the desert locale. It will be included with that hood, when it is released... someday soon!

The funky "roof" design of this building is inspired by a RL Lutheran church.
There really isn't much to do here on this lot; it is more of a "set-dressing" build...

Now, I know this isn't the only apartment building with a park on it's roof... But, it is one of the only parks with an apartment under it! That's right folks, Park Flats uses an all new energy-efficient style of berm building; which keeps the cool, cool and/or the heat inside where you want it. I've heard it said that one can never have enough parks in the 'hood - so here's one with an apartment underneath.

Today is the final performance of A Midsummer Night's Romeo - a gritty little 'teen angst' piece, proudly written and directed by our very own Brandi Broke!

By special arrangement with the Veronaville Players, today's performance will feature rising star Mr Tybalt Capp in the lead role. (If we can stop Brandi from swooning every time Tye-tye walks by, it should be a very good show!)

This is part of my 1920's/Mid-Century Hood - called Mockingbird Lake ...using all of my 1920's Series houses plus several new lots. This is one of the 'new' lots. Who knows when the Hood will be finished? *le sigh* However, here is a nice community church for your simmies.

Picture this - it's a hot Summer day in the big city, school's out, the kids are driving you nuts... you gather up your brood and head out to the park. The park has a swing set and some grills you can make hot dogs on - and there's a beautiful lake. But, you have to tell the kids they can't go swimming. What!?!

Sweeney's Pet Shop Emporium - No CC

Our little Sweeney-kitty was truly a Princess.
Her job in life was to 'love' and 'be loved' - and she did it perfectly.
She was the runt of an abandoned litter - abandoned in a deserted cemetery, in deep, deep snow, on New Years day, 1998. Thankfully hubby's habit was to jog through there daily! She and her sister Georges were the only survivors.
We didn't think Sweeney would make it 'til morning... but she did.
And, outlived her twin sister by almost 6 months!
This "pet shop" Emporium is built in her honor. (Well, actually, their honor.)
I'm certain Sweeney would've lounged on top of the cash register all day... not letting any work get done at all.
