Sims 2 Virtual Realty: Studio1162 ~ 3B/Minimalist Style: 1-Step Foundation/No-Slope Basement

Welcome to my Sims 2 Blog!

This blog is to keep track of all my Sims 2 (TS2) stuffeths. I mostly "build" - houses, apartments, recreational, and community lots - but, I also create walls (and murals), floors, terrain paint, and various other recolors. And I've written a few tutorials too. 😁

1-Click Foundation with No-Slope Basement
Only 1 CC (stairs necessary for the 1-step Foundation)
...technically, this is a CC-Free build

Built from this floor plan:

This is a modified version of Studio900 SFH - the architect designed both a 1B/1B (which is Studio900) and a 2B/1.5B (this one, Studio1162.) Then I added the basement to this one and reconfigured it a bit more for family oriented Sims. Enjoy!

Please scroll through the pictures below to see everything this house has to offer. The house is ~~lightly~~ minimally furnished. All appliances, plumbing, and lighting are included. The stove and grill both have a smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is by the kitchen.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

This lot's 1-Click Foundation and No-Slope Basement were made with Mootilda's Grid Adjuster. The lot has been shrunk with her Lot Adjuster - Thank YOU MOO!

Some of the wallpapers may be from this bundle:
- The Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

Custom Content Included:
- Simple Passage Modular Stair by HugeLunatic(HL)/Sims2Artists - these need a script file so follow the link and make sure you install them properly! These invisible stairs are necessary to make 1-Step foundations work.
