My Maxis Makeover #66 ~ Bin House: Bonny Bungalow

Featuring 5 Bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, carriage-house style garage, attic, no-slope basement, on a 1-click foundation. Fully furnished. ONLY 1 CC.
The five bedrooms include three Master Suites - one set up for the 'parents', one set up for the 'grandparents', and one set up for an older teen/college-aged sim.

house has to offer. The house is fully furnished and lightly decorated.
All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. Telephones are
located in the kitchen, and basement hallway. The front door is burglar
alarmed. The stove and grill have smoke alarms.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for two vehicles: one on the driveway, and one in the garage.
This is a pet-friendly build. Pet items are not included, but there is
ample space for them - and the main floor bathtub is accessible for dog
washing.

This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC
star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered
walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't
realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go
get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

...and I highly recommend swapping out the in-game Chic Stairs for HL's Recolorable & Open-Underneath versions.
This is technically a "No CC" build. But, 1-click Foundations must have HL's SimplePassageModularStairs to allow everyone access to the lowered foundation and inside the building. Thank you, HugeLunatic for these stairs!
