A Mark Stewart Modern Home Design for a narrow lot - the lot has been shrunk to 10X30 with the Lot Adjuster. It comes in three color options: Yellow, Blue, and Red.
Each home's furniture/decor, though not exactly the same, is very similar. These homes feature 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a garage, grill patio, upper balcony/deck, and small garden.
The thing I'm most proud of with this build is the 1-Click Foundation with attached garage AND a No-Slope basement! The Grid-Adjuster and my brain really got a work-out on this one! I don't recommend remodeling! It is built with only one CC - HL's Simple Passage Stairs - necessary for the 1-Step Foundation to work.
And is a pet-friendly home. Enjoy!
There are three houses - each available through a separate download. Pictures of each house are given below, and they are in "House Tour" order - with the Red house being the main example below:
Please scroll down through all the pictures to see everything these houses have to offer. Each house is a separate download - so you may pick and choose the one(s) you want. The houses are lightly furnished and decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. All stoves, fireplaces, and grills have smoke alarms. The front doors are burglar alarmed. There are telephones on each level.
These are clean copies of these houses/lots; no sim has ever lived here. The packages have been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for one vehicle in the garages. Please see Garage Picture for more information.
This is a pet-friendly build. Pet items are not included, but there is ample space for them - both bath tubs will accommodate dog washing.
Pictures were taken with the following items in place, but they are NOT included:
- Justa door REC - black by fanseelamb/LeeFish (only used in the Red version.)

- The Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered
walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go
get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
