3X3 Lot FIXED on March 28, 2023 (Thank you, Softlism for reporting the issue) - the ground was not perfectly level on the right side. Gah! ...anyway - fixed now, and all files are updated. PLUS, I added the requested 5X6/largest lot size to the mix!

Do you want to place lots where you want them? Regardless of a steep slope? Then this trick is for you!

- When you place one of the game's empty lots down in your hood - this mod allows lot placement without changing the terrain. Empty lots will no longer automagically flatten; you will be able to build according to the lay of the land.
You can build off the side of a cliff with this mod!

- When placing lots from the LotBin (pre-built lots) - you can place them on slopes, and uneven terrain without issue. This will not change the terrain inside the lot; it will conform the terrain around the lot to match.
You can populate the "ridge" in Belladonna Cove with houses now!

As it says on the tin, this little organizational tweak simply takes the in-game MP3 player and LeTourney XS Handheld Game, and makes them buyable from the catalog - AND - recategorizes them to their proper places in the catalog. Well, the "proper" places according to me anyway! LOL!

~It is base game and EP compatible.
~It's cost is FREE [I mean, why pay for something EAxis kinda already gave us - right?]
~And, it can either be found in the Build/Architecture section, OR in the Deco/Misc section of your catalog - depending on which mesh you choose. If you don't have an "Architecture Tab" in your build catalog, then PLEASE use the mesh marked Deco/Misc!
