Each apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a loft family room, a private patio with grill and picnic table, and a driveway.
The apartments are not identical, but very similar - the color schemes
are subtly different.
They are built on a 1-Click Foundation with a No-Slope Basement.
Featuring a comfortable contemporary design; and are technically CC-Free.
Pets welcome!
Rent = $3,036
The name, contrary to what you might be thinking ⌛, actually came about due to my daughter's recently completed (STEM) Aviation Class. It's a long-shot I know, but it's how my brain works - the Spruce Goose - a big wooden airplane - big wooden building - blue/grey wood - Grey Goose. See? 🦆
These are pet-ready townhome apartments. Pet beds and food bowls are included. Litter boxes are out in the garden. Doggie baths will either need a cheat (move the toilet bowl out of the room during the bath) or an Outdoor Dog Bath to get the job done properly.
Please scroll down through all the pictures to see everything these apartments offer. This lot has been play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order. Phones are by the stairs on the main level, and by the desk in the basement. Smoke alarms are over stoves and grills. Burglar alarms by front doors.
Heed the words of wisdom in the picture below: Do not delete the "Great Divide" edger.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for two vehicles, one on each driveway. Remember - if you want to have cars available (they will be a 'community' cars - usable by any resident) you must place them in the driveway before moving in your first sim.
Thank you Mootilda - for the GridAdjuster tool, which allows us to make 1-click/2-click Foundations and No-Slope Basements.

(It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
Custom Content Included:
- This is a CC-Free build except for one item - the SimplePassageModularStairs by HugeLunatic. These stairs are the only thing that allows the 1-click foundation
to work. Without these stairs there is no way anyone can enter the
house. 😱 *silly sims* - these need a script file so follow the link and make sure you install them properly!

How to rent a Furnished Apartment:
- Bring up the cheat box with CTRL-SHIFT-C.
- Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
- Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
- Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
- SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
- If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
- Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
- Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.
