This modern "Bachelor Pad" is inspired by a Concept Design from Russian Architect, Roman Vlasov.

This house is furnished with all Maxis furnishings. Please CC-it-up and decorate it however your Sim desires! All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove and grill have smoke alarms. The outdoor fireplace does not! Both the garage and apartment levels have burglar alarms. The telephone is in the kitchen.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for four vehicles: two in the garage, and two on the driveway. (With room to add more driveway pieces.)
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.
