This modern home is inspired by a Concept Design to be built in a residential area near Harriman State Park, New York.

This house is furnished with all Maxis furnishings. Please CC-it-up and decorate it however your Sim desires! All appliances, plumbing and lighting is included. The stove and grill have smoke alarms. There is a burglar alarm by the front door. The telephone is by the spiral staircase.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for two vehicles on the driveway.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.
This lot was tested withOUT my Max Slope Value mod - and you should NOT need it to place this lot. (Thank you Nathaniel, from SimsCrafters Discord!)
Definitely used but NOT included:
- Numenor's Unlevel Wall #90 - Necessary for the upper back windows!
- I may have used walls/floors from the Lifestyle Build Bundle. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY)
