Welcome to my Sims 2 Blog!

This blog is to keep track of all my Sims 2 (TS2) stuffeths. I mostly "build" - houses, apartments, recreational, and community lots - but, I also create walls (and murals), floors, terrain paint, and various other recolors. And I've written a few tutorials too. 😁

The floor plan is inspired by Drummond House Plans. "It is plan #3707, that we also named “Lavoisier,” has a unique and clean look, that is yet very affordable. This contemporary 2 story home plan has a total of 1680 square feet as well as a finished basement that can easily be re-arranged to suit your future needs."

I made a few TS2 adjustments to the original floor plan, I hope your simmies won't mind?

This house is furnished with all EA/Maxis furniture (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!). All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove and grill both have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. Telephones are on both the main level and the basement.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for three vehicles: one in the garage, and two on the driveway. I highly recommend invisi-fying the driveway so you can see the gravel.

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.
