I hope your simmies agree! This sprawling MidCentury, 1-story ranch design will suit a family of up to six sims quite comfortably. It is sparsely furnished with standard EAxis pieces and has no decorations. Please move your sims in and let them decorate as they see fit.
(PSST - If you convert the "Hobby/Craft Room" into a bedroom, you may be able to sleep 8 sims nicely!)
Future plans for this house are not yet 'built out' - attic space can easily be added, with a stairway located in the front hallway area (see the original blueprints for suggestions) As soon as your simmies have the funds, I highly recommend adding a pool and a hot tub to the back patio area.
This house was inspired by Design #V11784 in a blueprint "collection" book from Home Planners, Inc. (circa 1984.)
This lot has been play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order. Smoke alarms are under the range hood in the kitchen, and at the outside grill. The phone is on the wall in the family room, and the burglar alarm is by the front door. The house is lightly furnished; and decorations are intentionally sparse. Everything for your Sim's basic needs is included, please personalize it to meet your sims whims.
This is a clean copy if the lot - no Sim has set foot in it. The package has been cleaned with both Mootilda's Clean Installer and Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor and then double checked with SimPE - it's as squeaky as they come!
