This wonderfully spacious house is finished out in light neutral colors with an Asian vibe, and is ready for your decorating touches! Maxis gave us this house as a 1B/1B 🙀 I've added two more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a powder room, a garage-to-house entrance, changed out staircases and windows, and cohesified fences. I tried to use as little CC as possible, but still bring it "up to code" (to incorporate all EPs/SPs/UC game elements.) This house does include "Completer Set" CC.
Please scroll down through ALL the pictures to see everything this house has to offer. This is a clean copy if the lot - no Sim ever set foot in it. A copy of the lot was play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order. There are smoke alarms at the stove, and outside grill. The phone is in the living room, and the burglar alarm is by the stairs at the front door. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, trash chute, stove, fridge, nuker, toaster oven, and coffee maker. This house is recommend for large families and sims who like to entertain often.
The last picture shows the location of the original/EAxis house in Downtown. To swap out my version of this house with the original, just bulldoze the original (or move it to the lots/houses bin,) and put my version in it's place.
The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for two vehicles; one on the driveway, and one in the garage.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is space to add them. The bathtubs are accessible for doggie baths.

This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC
star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered
walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't
realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go
get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
