Sim-families will thank you for moving them in here! The original EAxis lot can be found in your BellaDonna Cove neighborhood along the waterfront. This is my 2022 version - redone with less CC.
One enters an apartment through the spacious garage and going up the winding marble staircase into the main living area. The dining room features large windows overlooking the famed coastal waters of Belladonna Cove. Behind the fully mirrored dining room wall lies the kitchen. It is small, but highly efficient! A 'powder room' is tucked next to the kitchen. Beyond that is the family/living room with a piano, chessboard, comfy furniture, and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs from here you will find a large media area equipped with a roll-top desk, state-of-the-art computer, bookshelves, an easel, and a smaller TV with a gaming system. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath, and the two smaller bedrooms share a joined Jack-n-Jill bath.
In addition to the improved living conditions, the new management company has refurbished the Attics - turning them into an amenities level! Access it via the old elevator located on the side of the building next to the playground.
Please scroll down through ALL the pictures to see everything these apartments have to offer. The lot has been play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order. Each apartment has a smoke alarm, phones on each level, and a burglar alarm at the garage/entry. Kitchens include dishwasher, trash compactor, stove, fridge, and microwave. Space is pretty tight in these apartments; I do not recommend them for large families or for sims who like to entertain often.
This is a clean copy of this apartment/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for one vehicle per apartment (in their garages) - plus four more cars parked on the driveway pieces. Cars parked on the driveways will be community property; and must be placed before you move any sims onto the lot.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is space to add them. The bathrooms have been reworked to have tubs accessible for doggie baths.

(It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
