I tried to make these more "Victorian" in style - without adding too much CC - and update them for the modern Sim's lifestyles. I hope you will find a use for this house.

NOTE: The picture below shows the bathroom incorrectly - the toilet and door have now been swapped. Sims will not stomp their feet anymore. 😅
Please scroll down through ALL the pictures to see everything this house has to offer. The lot has been play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order. There are two smoke alarms - one at the stove, and one at the outside grill. The phone is in the kitchen, and the burglar alarm is by the back door. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, trash chute, stove, fridge, and wine bar. Space is pretty tight in this house; I do not recommend it for large families or for sims who like to entertain often.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for two vehicles; one on the driveway, and one in the garage.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is space to add them. The bathtub in the basement is accessible for doggie baths.

- The Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
