Though it's not fully furnished, there is enough for a couple to certainly be comfy.
The Produce/Craft Stand is stocked - but before officially opening for business, I suggest coming up with a solid BP (business plan): either invest in crafting tables or harvestable plants, then earn a few talent badges before opening your doors.
I hope you have sims with an entrepreneurial spirit who will enjoy living (and working) on this farm!
Please scroll down through all the pictures to see everything this house has to offer. This house is lightly furnished, and very sparsely decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove and fireplace have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is on a kitchen wall.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for three vehicles; two on the driveway, and one in the garage.
The garage is set back further than the extensions reach, so it is not connected to the road and there are no driving animations. Sims will
still use the vehicles as they normally do.
This is a pet-friendly build. Pet items are not included, but there is ample space for them - and the bathroom tub is accessible for dog washing.

This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered
walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go
get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
