Moving to the burbs? This pet friendly, fully furnished, large-ish house, on a smaller lot, for under $100K, may be just what you need! It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, parking for 2 cars, a fireplace, grill patio, both front and back porches, and a home theater.
The lot has been Grid-Adjusted for a 2-Click Foundation (Thank you Moo!) And it's built with minimal CC. 😁
Please scroll down through all the pictures to see everything this house has to offer. The house is lightly furnished and decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and fireplace, all have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is centrally located on the living room wall.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for two vehicles on the driveway.
This is a pet-friendly build. Pet items are not included, but there is ample space for them - and the downstairs tub is accessible for dog washing.
2-Step Foundations don't need anything special for sims to have access to the house. However, if you want a Large Dog to be able to enter the house, you must have HL's SimplePassageModularStairs to allow them to get up on the lowered foundation and go inside. This lot is packaged with these stairs in place. They are invisible - I have marked their locations on the Main Floor/floor plan picture below. If you do not want to allow large dogs, or just want less CC - untick the box for them in the Clean Installer before installing the lot. NOTE: These stairs cannot be added later - without using the GridAdjuster and completely redoing the foundation/basement levels.
This lot's 2-Step Foundation and No-Slope Basement were made possible with Mootilda's Grid Adjuster. Thank you, Moo!

This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered
walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go
get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
