This is a bright, modern farmhouse with a sunny disposition 😁
It has four large bedrooms, three bathrooms, an oversized garage, and a wrap-around porch with an outdoor dining area.
Seriously though... I plan to play this lot in Riverblossom Hills - with two elderly brothers (hence the two Master bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom.) One brother will grow fruit trees, while the other will be keeping bees. (Not 'Bumblebees' - I know, but I liked the alliteration of it!) I'm going to be using The Bees Knees Apiary Set from Sun & Moon's Star Factory. There should be plenty of room in the back yard to set up both bees and orchard. If they are successful, they may open a home business... we'll see.
I hope you have someone in your game who could use this cheery little farmhouse.
Please scroll down through all the pictures to see everything this house has to offer. The house is lightly furnished, and very sparsely decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and fireplace/stove, all have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is on a kitchen wall.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for four vehicles; three on the long driveway, and one in the garage.
Because the garage is oriented sideways, there are no driving animations. Sims will still use the vehicles as they normally do.
This is a pet-friendly build. You will need to add pet items, but there is ample space and all 3 bathroom tubs are accessible for dog washing.

- The Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
