Southwest Style Adobe Ranch

This sprawling 1-story ranch features the beautiful Torrox Build Set by Moune999. It is a large corner lot, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, both front and back porches, and a very large swimming pool - all on a 2-Step Foundation, and pet friendly. 😁

I am really well pleased with how the Master Bath turned out! I wish my RL bathroom was this nice. 😉 I hope your sims will like it too!

This house is fully furnished and lightly decorated (although, there's always room to add more.) All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and all three fireplaces have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. There are two telephones: one in the living room, and one in the family room.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for four vehicles; two on the driveways, and two in the garage.

This is a pet-friendly build. Pet items are not included, but there is ample space for them - and the Master Bath tub is accessible for dog washing.

2-Step Foundations don't need anything special for sims to have access to the house. However, if you want a Large Dog to be able to enter the house, you must have HL's SimplePassageModularStairs to allow them to get up on the lowered foundation and go inside. This lot is packaged with these stairs in place. They are invisible - I have marked their locations on the Foundation/floor plan picture below. If you do not want to allow large dogs, or just want less CC - untick the box for them in the Clean Installer before installing the lot. NOTE: These stairs cannot be added later - without using the GridAdjuster and completely redoing the foundation level.

This lot's 2-Step Foundation was made possible with Mootilda's Grid Adjuster. Thank you, Moo!

- The Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

- The Torrox Master Mesh - 2-Story Window by moune999/MTS - without this window in your DL folder all the Torrox build items will flash blue!
- Torrox Connecting Columns - for the outdoor walkways

- Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor/MTS2 - used to fix CFE'd wonky walls around doors and windows. (Installation help is at the bottom of my TOU page)
