Split Level Living in a Traditional Design
...looks like a mid-80's era house to me!

Redone for 2022 - Now with substantially less CC! 😁

NOTE: This 2022 version does not have the shutters! They are one of the more apparent CC items that I removed. The other removed CC pieces are less apparent. (Like the stairs and railings - they are straight Maxis now.)

This house features 4 bedrooms - 2 with private bathrooms, and 2 with an adjoining shared bathroom; plus there are two powder rooms - one on each level. Sims love using bathrooms! There is also an eat-in kitchen, separate dining room, a living room (upstairs,) a family room (downstairs,) a screening/TV room, oversized garage, 'grilling' porch off of the kitchen, and a large yard to play in. There's plenty of room for a pool or a garden - maybe even both! I hope your sims will enjoy living here!

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. Alarms, phone, PC, TV, etc... everything your sims needs is included. Please add artwork and little decos as you and your sims see fit. This house was inspired by Design #V31386 in a blueprint "collection" book from Home Planners, Inc. (circa 1984)

There is parking for two vehicles: one on the driveway, and one in the garage.

This is a pet-friendly house. Pet items are not included, but there is ample space for them - and both bathtubs are accessible for dog washing.

Some of the wallpapers may be from this bundle:
- The Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

Definitely needed and NOT included - you MUST get these before installing this lot:
- Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor/MTS2 - used to fix CFE'd wonky walls in the split-level entry area. (Installation help is at the bottom of my TOU page)
- My Wallpaper Overlay Set for the outside wall trim corners. From which you will need these files:
---From folder 01 or 02 - CatherineTCJD_MESH_OUTsideOverlay (either the "BuildArch" one, or the "DecoMisc" one - depending on where you want to see them in the catalog.)
---And several trims from folder 06_OUTsideEdition
This Overlay Set is huge! I completely understand if you don't want all of it! 😅 Without this set in your Downloads folder, you will get many 'little kid posters' all around the outside of the house! ...just delete all the little posters, and live with an untrimmed house. It's all good! 😉
