And here it is!
I built an exact replica of the Maxis hood deco barn:
The inside is divvied up as though there had been 6 stalls and a long work area (where the kitchen is now) The big barn doors became huge windows...
The hay loft (2nd floor) is the kid's living level, and open to the rooms below...
In the rafters of third floor, the parents have a private retreat...
Please scroll down through all the pictures. These pictures are of the original lot I uploaded to MTS. This download - the one offered on this page - is slightly different in that you will NOT be getting all the CC the MTS version includes (I have redone the lot - now only 3 CC pieces are included.) I also fixed the Master bathroom routing issues in this version. The house is lightly furnished, and sparsely decorated. A burglar alarm, fire alarms, phones, PCs, TVs, appliances, plumbing, and furniture are all included - it is move-in ready! Enjoy!
This barn has been tested for functionality/playability. This is a clean copy. No sim has ever set foot in this barn. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for one vehicle on the driveway. This is meant to be a corner lot, and the driveway piece is on the left side, off the street. It is not connected to the road, so there are no driving animations. Sims will still use the vehicles as they normally do.
This is a pet-friendly build. Pet items are not included, but there is ample space for them - and the kid's tub is accessible for dog washing.
Definitely needed and NOT included - you MUST get this before installing this lot:
- Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor/MTS2 - used to fix CFE'd wonky walls on the top/attic level. (Installation help is at the bottom of my TOU page)
Custom Content Included:
- DeckStairs_Main by Numenor/MTS2 - these override the original stairs.
- DeckStairs_OpenUnderneath by Reyn/MTS2 - require a script file so follow the link and make sure you install them properly!
- Bakery Build Fence by Veranka/Tumbler
