Four Gables Farmhouse ~ 3Beds/4.5Baths/Garage
Classic American Farmhouse design ~ recently refurbished for your Sim's enjoyment!
This farmhouse can easily accommodate a large family. It is an old house, circa 1880's, and has been recently renovated for your sim. The renovators left a few new-ish pieces of furniture behind (that convey with the property,) and they installed a super nice grill on the back porch. Renovations included: all new wiring, plumbing, cabinetry, and appliances. The wood floors are original to the house; Berber carpet is freshly installed in each bedroom. The fireplace, flu, and chimney, have been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
Please scroll down through all the pictures to see everything this house has to offer. The house is lightly furnished. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and fireplace, all have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is by the kitchen.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for three vehicles; two on the driveway, and one in the garage.

(It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
