My Al Fresco design is a small house with an open-air dining room.
Perfect for romantic starlit dining in the desert.
It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, has a driveway with parking for one vehicle, and is built on a 2-Click Foundation with a No-Slope
Basement.
With minimal CC.
Please scroll down through all the pictures to see everything this house has to offer. The house is fully furnished and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The telephone is located in the kitchen. The stove and grill both have smoke alarms. There may be a burglar alarm next to the fridge? Check for it before you play, and add it - if I forgot. (If you want a burglar alarm, that is.)
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for one vehicle on the driveway.
This is a pet-friendly build. Pet items are not included, but there is ample space for them - and the basement bathtub is accessible for dog washing.
2-Step Foundations don't need anything special for sims to have access to the house. However, if you want a Large Dog to be able to enter the house, you must have HL's SimplePassageModularStairs to allow them to get up on the lowered foundation and go inside. This lot is packaged with these stairs in place. They are invisible - I have marked their locations on the Main Floor/floor plan picture below. If you do not want to allow large dogs, or just want less CC - untick the box for them in the Clean Installer before installing the lot.
NOTE: These stairs cannot be added later - without using the GridAdjuster and completely redoing the foundation/basement levels.
This lot was shrunk with Mootilda's Lot Adjuster.
The No-Slope Basement and 2-Step Foundation were made with her Grid Adjuster.

(It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
