In the middle of Belladonna Cove's thriving business district
sits this rather under-utilized property.
The lot behind it is home to a huge communications tower.
The guy across the street has a very loud helicopter that lands on his rooftop - at all hours of the night.
And, the water retention facility a block over doesn't always smell so fresh...
The original structure on this property looked more like a business to me, than a house. So, the idea of an apartment popped into my head. I thought about adding a few more levels to it, but ultimately decided to keep it one level, as originally conceived.
So..., now it is a duplex.
I hope this will be a useful addition to your Belladonna Cove.

This is a clean copy if the lot - no Sim has set foot in it.
The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
This lot has been play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order. The phone is on the center wall. There is a smoke alarm
over the stove. There is NO burglar alarm. Remember - if you want to have a car available (and it will be a 'community' car - usable by either
resident) you must place it on the driveway before moving in your first sim.

How to rent a Furnished Apartment:
- Bring up the cheat box with CTRL-SHIFT-C.
- Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
- Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
- Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
- SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
- If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
- Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
- Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.
