Dramatic Contemporary ~ 3B/2.5B with carport and screened porch - MinCC

This is a terrific design - especially suited to a warmer, more temperate climate - for a modern family to enjoy ...without breaking the bank. You get quite a lot of fully furnished living space here for $86K.

The house is fully furnished and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. There are telephones on each level near the staircase. Both main entrance doors are burglar alarmed. The stove, grill, and fireplace all have smoke alarms.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for two vehicles: both on the driveway.

(It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
