Park Flats ~ enjoy getting back to nature - while living in the big city!
Now, I know this isn't the only apartment building with a park on it's roof... But, it is one of the only parks with an apartment under it! That's right folks, Park Flats uses an all new energy-efficient style of berm building; which keeps the cool, cool and/or the heat inside where you want it. I've heard it said that one can never have enough parks in the 'hood - so here's one with an apartment underneath.
Take a look at the floor plan below - these two studio flats pack a lot of living area into a slick, compact space.
The apartments feature: a powder room at the base of the winding stairs, a computer/tech nook under the stairs, a full gourmet kitchen, dining area, bar, living area, sleeping area and another full bathroom in the far corner. Everything your sim will need to live comfortably is included - art, entertainment, communications, and skill building items - including a small gardening area in the 'park'.

This is a clean copy of this apartment/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
Just to be clear: Both apartments are furnished EXACTLY the same. They are mirrored of each other.
This 2022 Updated version uses much less CC than the original! I did not retake the pictures - any CC shown in the pictures has been replaced with in-game (non-CC) items. (Like - the EAStore Asian plant shown in the 'computer' picture above... it was replaced with the No-fuss Ficus. Etc.)

How to rent a Furnished Apartment:
- Bring up the cheat box with CTRL-SHIFT-C.
- Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
- Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
- Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
- SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
- If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
- Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
- Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.
