Oh look! A squir new book of house plans from the archive! So yes... here we have another small series of MidCentury houses from me. The hood will be done - eventually. I promise. 😎
This series of houses are built from plans by Richard B. Pollman (1914-1980,) and are a part of his Designs for Convenient Living - specifically from Portfolio #43. (I couldn't find an exact publication date for Portfolio #43; but Portfolio #45 was published in 1963, and Portfolio #47 was published in 1966. So I think it is safe to say this was probably in 1961-62-ish?)
| Richard Pollman was born in Kansas in 1914. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1936, with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. From the late 1950s to the 1970s, Mr. Pollman, with his partner, Irving Palmquist, did much to popularize the mid-century modern house design. They are credited with over 2500 mid-century modern house plans which were published in a series of popular home plan books by Home Planners, Inc. of Detroit, for which Mr. Pollman served as the president. - from the web |

I intentionally keep my builds lightly furnished - with only EAxis stuffeths - so that you can have all the fun of decorating it! (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!) All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included; along with smoke and burglar alarms, and telephones.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here.
The lot was cleaned and compressed with Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor.
The package was cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
This lot has an easily identifiable custom thumbnail too.
There is parking for two vehicles; one in the garage, and one on the driveway.
This is a pet-ready build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.
TIP: If, when you first enter the lot, arches/doorways are not "cut through" - save, exit to the hood, and re-enter. Fixed!
