Original RL "Old Florida" school building built in 1924

Here is the pertinent info to keep in mind as you are touring this build:
Apt 1 - (Bottom Left) 2B/2B - has expensive furnishings, and uses dark woods. Be sure to lock the side entrance!
Apt 2 - (Bottom Right) 2B/2.5B - has more mid-range furniture with a lot of green accent pieces. Be sure to lock the side entrance!
Apt 3 - (Upper Left) 3B/1B - has cheaper "mod" orange furniture with a drum kit and violin.
Apt 4 - (Upper Right, back) - 1B/1B - is for a "fresh" single sim - none of the furniture matches.
Apt 5 - (Upper Right, front) - 1B/1B - is for a sim couple. Everything is budget-neutral.
I intentionally keep my builds lightly furnished - with only EAxis stuffeths - so that you can have all the fun of decorating it! (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!) All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included; along with smoke and burglar alarms, and telephones.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here.
The lot was cleaned and compressed with Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor.
The package was cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
This lot has an easily identifiable custom thumbnail too.
The sun is oriented to the front.
There is parking for 5 vehicles - BUT, you must place them on the lot before moving in any sims, and they will be "community cars," available for use by any resident.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.
TIP: If, when you first enter the lot, arches/doorways are not "cut through" - save, exit to the hood, and re-enter. Fixed!

How to rent a Furnished Apartment:
- Bring up the cheat box with CTRL-SHIFT-C.
- Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
- Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
- Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
- SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
- If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
- Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
- Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.
