I came across this build on-line, and just HAD to sim this! We had just come back from a family trip to Yellowstone and the Tetons - this was 2 years ago now. *sigh* ...this has been sitting on my desktop waiting to be uploaded since then. Anyway, I hope it is something you and your simmies can use.

This is based on an actual RL home in Glacier National Park. For the sims, I moved the 'office' down to the living level, and rearranged the third level a bit to add a second bedroom. Here are the original plans:

This house is furnished with all EA/Maxis furniture (Please CC-it-up once you get it in your game!). All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and fireplace have smoke alarms. Telephones are on the garage and living levels. The burglar alarm is in the garage.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for one vehicle in the garage, and 4 more on the driveway - IF you add the extension pieces.

This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included, but there is plenty of room to add what you need.
