These are inexpensive studio apartments. A great place for your fresh sim to live! Not only is the rent low, but they are also pet friendly, and there are several community features your sim will enjoy.
This lot was originally built for the application round of d_dgjdhh's "The Monopoly Game Town Contest" on MTS. This is the 2022 Update - with a fixed mail box, and added parking spaces. I did not retake the pictures! (Sorry!)

These two trailers are fully furnished. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stoves and grills have smoke alarms. Telephones are on the desks. There are no burglar alarms.
This is a clean copy of this apartment/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for two vehicles on the driveway spaces in front. To have cars on an apartment lot, you must place the cars before moving any sim onto the lot. And, the cars will be community property - usable by any and all residents.
This is a pet-ready build. The right unit has a tub added to the yard for dog bathing.

How to rent a Furnished Apartment:
- Bring up the cheat box with CTRL-SHIFT-C.
- Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
- Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
- Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
- SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
- If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
- Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
- Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.
