2022 Update - Now with only 1 CC (Marvine's Ladder.) If you flip through all the included pictures, you'll see what I've changed... I wanted to keep it as close to what EAxis originally made - but - have it also be a bit more playable and aesthetically pleasing (to my taste anyway!) LOL!
Come on in! (Uuhm, take your shoes off at the door please...) *wink* 😉
NOTE: The Carina Spotlight stairs shown above, have been replaced with the Sleek Modern/non-CC stairs. The MM CC curtains and EA Store: Asian plant have also been replaced with non-CC items.
...and the outdoors has some nice space to relax - while you watch the neighbors run their obstacle course. Again.
This is a copy - no sim has set foot on this lot. It has been tested for routing/play-ability issues. There is a smoke alarm, burglar alarm, telephone, PC, and everything else your sim will need.
