322 Bay View Dr ~ Maxis Make-Over
Since the price of Maxis' original house was over $20K (not a "starter"), I didn't worry to much about keeping a budget. So, this make-over - though still sparsely furnished with it's original furniture - has a few added luxuries like a fully equipped kitchen, and extra bathrooms.
Other than adding the driveway/carport, I didn't change the grounds at all. A NOTE about sideways oriented carports: your car will teleport to the street. (You will not see the car-turning-into-the-driveway animation.)

This is a clean copy if the lot - no Sim has set foot in it. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
This lot has been play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order. The phone and a smoke alarm are in the kitchen. There is no burglar alarm.
There is NO CC.
