There was no way to add a garage and keep the price under $20K... so I didn't. But, other than adding a garage, I didn't change the footprint/outside grounds at all. So... double the price = double the functionality and more!

This is a clean copy if the lot - no Sim has set foot in it. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
This lot has been play-tested; everything is accessible and in good working order. The phone is in the kitchen.
Pets are not recommended - until you add a bathtub for bathing, somewhere on the lot.
As per the original house - be aware! - there are NO alarms! ...Neither a smoke alarm nor a burglar alarm shall there be.
