I found this floorplan on ArchivalDesigns.The brochure says:
This neoclassical estate entertains a sense of mystery and excitement in its facade, and a life of pure luxury inside...
The foyer opens on either side to the dining room and library, both radiating with the warmth of their fireplaces. On the left, the family room enjoys French doors to the veranda and a cozy hearth. With subtle room definition, the family room opens up to the morning room and professional-grade kitchen. A guest suite on this level is situated for privacy. An ornate staircase with a cupola above presents three complete secondary bedroom suites, and a nursery. Regal and refined, the master suite spares nothing for the homeowner's comfort...
NB: I had to redesign the Master Bedroom area - it was just too big. Ridiculous!

This house is fully furnished, and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included, as are fire alarms and front door burglar alarms.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking available for six vehicles. Two in the garages; and four on the driveway.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included - but there is plenty of space to add them.
Definitely used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (follow the link and it's the second link in the top post - extracted by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
- The pictures also show HL's Backless Shower - which I have defaulted. If you don't already have this shower, the game will substitute the regular walled shower for you.
