I found this house on-line through RightMove, UK; the listing is no longer available.
Both of these houses are very small, with equally small price-tags: $47K and $53K, fully furnished. The kitchens are fully equipped, with fire alarms and telephones installed. There are grill areas outdoors.
The bedrooms do not have any "luxury" space, but beds are accessible and the night-tables are dressers.
I have included various skill-building items, where I could fit them in. Both houses have: a dart board, chess table, bookcase, easel, toybox, and TV. The Right-Side house has a kitty litter box tucked away in the garden (on the side of the house, by the chimney.)

Both houses are simply furnished, and very lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stoves, grills, and fireplaces have smoke alarms. Front doors are burglar alarmed. Telephones are in the kitchens.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for one vehicle on each of the driveways. Driveways are oriented sideways, so cars will teleport to the road. I highly recommend invisifying the driveway with Sophie-David's Invisible Driveway.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included (well, except for the previously mentioned litter-box!) - but there space to add them.
Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (follow the link and it's the second link in the top post - extracted by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
