I found the original "Inspiration" houses while randomly Google-traveling through the UK, in search of your typical suburban neighborhood...
Both of these houses are a good size for a family of five or six, with economical price-tags around $78K and $73K, fully furnished. The kitchens are fully equipped - with fire alarms and bars. A telephone is installed in the lower hall. There are outdoor grilling and dining areas in the gardens.
Both houses are fully furnished: the left house (above) in a softer eclectic style, and the right house (below) in a more modern bold style - with red as the main color. The Right House also has a "Garage Band" practice area set up in the front living room.
Both back yard/garden areas have grills (with fire alarms) and dining tables. The Left House also has a carport and a fountain.

Both houses are fully furnished, and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included, as are fire alarms and front door burglar alarms.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for one vehicle per house, on each of the driveways. The Right House driveway is in the front courtyard, and the Left House carport/driveway is in the back garden. Both cars will teleport to the road. I highly recommend invisifying the driveway with Sophie-David's Invisible Driveway.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included - but there is plenty of space to add them.
Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (follow the link and it's the second link in the top post - extracted by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
