based on a RL semi-detached, freehold property in England

larger houses - pet friendly - fully fenced back yards/gardens

I found the original "Inspiration" houses while randomly Google-traveling through the UK, in search of your typical suburban neighborhood...
Both of these houses are a comfortable size for a family of four, with equally comfortable price-tags: $81K and $77K, fully furnished. The kitchens are fully equipped - with fire alarms, and bars. Telephones are on both levels. There are outdoor grilling/dining areas in the gardens. Both houses are furnished with vintage style furniture. The left house feels more like actual antiques, while the right house seems more like reproductions - to my way of thinking. I have included various skill-building items, where I could fit them in. Both houses have: a dart board, chess table, bookcase, toybox, and TV with gaming system. The Right-Side house also has a piano. Every bedroom has either a closet or a dresser/armoire for clothes storage.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for one vehicle on each of the driveways. The Left House driveway is in the front courtyard, and the Right House driveway is in the back garden. Cars will teleport to the road. I highly recommend invisifying the driveway with Sophie-David's Invisible Driveway.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included - but there is plenty of space to add them.
Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (follow the link and it's the second link in the top post - extracted by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor @ MTS2 (Installation help is at the bottom of my TOU page)
NOTE: If you decide NOT to use Numenor's Wall #90, the CFE'd walls under the front swoopy-roof bits will be broken.
