Welcome to my Sims 2 Blog!

This blog is to keep track of all my Sims 2 (TS2) stuffeths. I mostly "build" - houses, apartments, recreational, and community lots - but, I also create walls (and murals), floors, terrain paint, and various other recolors. And I've written a few tutorials too. 😁

All of my items are available through Mod the Sims - MTS2: CatherineTCJD.

Most of my stuff is also posted on Tumblr: A Peacock's Tale.

And I'm slowly adding things to Simblr: CatherineTCJD.

I also have an archive of everything I have made on SFS: CatherineTCJD.

Thank you for visiting!

BV Inn Makeover - Red Roof Inn or Econo-Lodge with pool and playground

Cross-posted to MTS.

...part of the Complete Overhaul of the Lot Bin "Project" - part two: the Specialty Lots.

The Specialty Lot Bin includes 17 Apartments and 2 BV Hotels - The BV Inn (this one) and the BV Grand Hotel. Both hotels will be included in the "Part 2" release of my Lot Bin Project (coming soon) ...I am uploading them now as regular install-able lots, in case you want them sooner-than-later.

(The Apartments are done, but it will take me a while to get all 17 Apartments pictures ready!)

Please scroll through all the pictures to compare with the original; the major changes are listed in the picture below:

There is NO CC necessary. Not even the CEP files.
If you want large dogs to be able to access the 2-Step Foundation, you will want to get these 2 mods:
Lamare's Pets and Toddlers on Vacation - to enable pets to go on vacation with you!
Simler90's Stair Mods.

To get the room rates down to a $ level, I used Pescado's Magic Wand. (EA had 'depreciated' the original lot, so I thought using the wand on this one was fair.)

Thank you Mootilda - for the awesome Lot Adjuster and Grid Adjuster used to make this lot.

Lot Size: 5x2 (Same as the original lot.)
Lot Price (furnished): $286,859
Room Rates: $608 - $690
