...part of the Complete Overhaul of the Lot Bin "Project" - part two: the Specialty Lots.
The Specialty Lot Bin includes 17 Apartments and 2 BV Hotels - The BV Inn and the BV Grand Hotel (this one). Both hotels will be included in the "Part 2" release of my Lot Bin Project (coming soon) ...I am uploading them now as regular install-able lots, in case you want them sooner-than-later.
(The Apartments are done, but it will take me a while to get all 17 Apartments pictures ready!)

There is NO CC necessary. Not even the CEP files.
If you want large dogs to be able to access the 2-Step Foundation, you will want to get these 2 mods:
