Small House Plan with Pool
This home plan is the perfect in-law/guest house addition to your property, or the perfect place to get away and enjoy the ease of function that flows from the front door to the back Lanai and pool. It is laid out perfectly so you can utilize every space and not "feel" like you are in a tiny home. As you can see in the pictures of this home design, the open floor plan and neatly put together master suite, allow for privacy as well as the comfort of a much larger home. The front room is the perfect place to enjoy a view and cozy up to a warm fire after a long day.

This house is fully furnished, and decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove and grill have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is by the dining table.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for one vehicle in the driveway.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included - but there is plenty of space to add them, the tub is accessible for dog washing.
Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (follow the link and it's the second link in the top post - extracted by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
- I recommend getting the Invisible Driveway by Sophie-David @ MTS2 - so the pavered driveway looks right.
