This shed roof small house plan offers huge living in under 650 square feet. Mercury has all of the curb appeal of a much larger modern home in a compact package that can fit on a huge variety of lots. Enjoy!

Small Shed Roof House Plan
...With the Mercury small home design there is enough room for two gathering spaces; or a traditional living room and a large dining room table. The kitchen itself has more than enough storage space. The smaller bedroom doubles as an office. The master bedroom of this modern small home plan is completely outfitted with a walk-in closet and queen sized bed. The bathroom is tucked privately around the corner. Note the large covered outdoor living area out the back door.
For those of you who like comparing the original house plan to what I have built in TS2 - please note that the glossy brochure depicts the backside of the house - with the large picture windows on the left, opening to the living room area, and the sliding doors into the Master Bedroom on the right.
The 'Mechanical' room has been changed to a WC with access from the bathroom. I also moved the kitchen to a different wall... besides it working better this way for sim traffic flow, the switch allowed me to put in bigger windows along the front. There is still room for a large entertainment center on the side wall, if you wish to add one.

This house is lightly furnished and decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove and grill have a smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is by the front door.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for one vehicle in the driveway.
This is a pet-friendly build. No pet items are included - but there is plenty of space to add them, the tub is accessible for dog washing.
Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (follow the link and it's the second link in the top post - extracted by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
