Sims 2 Virtual Realty: One-Twenty-Five Cafe, Downtown ~ Maxis Makeover with Aquarium

Welcome to my Sims 2 Blog!

This blog is to keep track of all my Sims 2 (TS2) stuffeths. I mostly "build" - houses, apartments, recreational, and community lots - but, I also create walls (and murals), floors, terrain paint, and various other recolors. And I've written a few tutorials too. 😁

Downtown's One-Twenty-Five Cafe
completely renovated and refurbished

The only included CC is the aquarium stuff for the display downstairs. If you don't want all the aquarium stuff, then please chose the 'house' icon on the top right corner of the Sims2Clean Installer - selecting the "lot file only" to install. There is no other CC included with this lot file. Maybe instead of fishies you could display sports memorabilia in the tank-displays? Change it up however you want to - I like the fishies!

This is a clean copy if the lot - no Sim has set foot in it. The package has been cleaned with both Mootilda's Clean Installer and Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor.

Necessary, but NOT included - GO get these items:
- Floor Edger in Dark Wood by HL/Sims2Artists
- L&F: "International" Sectional Booth by Numenor/MTS2
- "Open Me" window/door Completer Set by Windkeeper/TSR
- The siding is from the Lifestyle Build Bundle (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

Custom Content Included:
- Coral Reef set from Island Paradise (TS3:EP10) - TS2 conversion by Veranka/Tumbler - YES! I used the whole set of 18 items and their recolors!
- Aquarium 4-piece Mural by Michelle/LeeFish
- Custom Built Aquarium Set by Windkeeper/TSR - YES! I used the whole set of 24 items!
