Anywho... here's another Community Lot make-over from me. I'm trying to update these original Maxis lots to include a broader spectrum of items from all EP/SPs (the UC) - and to make them into more interesting places for your sims to visit. All while keeping the original flavor of the lot, and using very little CC (none, preferably!)

This is a clean copy if the lot - no Sim has set foot in it. The package has been cleaned with both Mootilda's Clean Installer and Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor.
Necessary, but NOT included - GO get these items:
- Maxis L&F: CAS Spotlight by Numenor/MTS2
- Some of the walls are from the Lifestyle Build Bundle (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
