Welcome to my Sims 2 Blog!

This blog is to keep track of all my Sims 2 (TS2) stuffeths. I mostly "build" - houses, apartments, recreational, and community lots - but, I also create walls (and murals), floors, terrain paint, and various other recolors. And I've written a few tutorials too. 😁

As one of the original buildings in Pleasantview, 113 Wright Way, was built a private residence. Today this elaborate estate is preserved as a 'living history' hotel. It is an upscale vacation destination featuring 6 units that include a sumptuous honeymoon suite, business class standard rooms, and family friendly suites - for up to 6 guests! We also offer several lounge areas, a beautiful courtyard pool, and an award winning Moroccan restaurant. (...so the brochure says.)

Weddings are very popular here on the grounds. Everything you need to make your dream-day perfect is right here. Just set up your wedding arch and enjoy!

OK - here's the deets:
> No CC - that's right! I actually made something without CC! OMG!
> If you scroll down through all the pictures, you will see exactly what I did to rearrange this as a hotel. The pictures are a 'narrated tour' of the property.
> I used the same blue "C-stroke" painting all over the place - because that painting has so many recolors! Please use your favorite ones!
> Hotels do not work the same in an unmodded Pleasantview, as they do in the Vacation hoods. It can work, but it's not the same. There is no tour guide, or souvenirs, etc. I play tested this lot and had no problems with it in my modded hood. If you want to use this as a true sim-vacation place, then I would suggest putting it in one of the three BV Vacation hoods.
> If you want the stairs to be open underneath (like the pictures show) you will need Huge Lunatic's Euro Mod Open Underneath Stairs.
> I used several different 'build' cheats, but that really shouldn't matter now. However, I don't recommend remodeling. It is zoned as a hotel.

Definitely needed and NOT included - you MUST get this before installing this lot:
- Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor/MTS2 (Installation help is at the bottom of my TOU page)
