Never mind that you're staying in the doghouse - this hotel is designed to treat your sim and their doggity-dog friends to the most "relaxingist" getaway ever!
There are five rooms to choose from: accommodating everyone from single sims to a family of four, with their furry (canine) friends.
Every room has a table for room service dining, a TV, tub for dog washing, pet beds and food bowls. Outside amenities include a playground, chess tables, hammock, grill area, and fishing pond.
I started building this lot before Lamare released: Pets and Toddlers on Vacation. I was just going to put the hotel in my regular hood, and summon in my pets - but now, thanks to Lamare, this hotel can be used in your vacation hood! I highly recommend using the "Pets and Toddlers on Vacation" mod when playing this lot.
Please scroll down through all the pictures to see everything this hotel has to offer. A copy of this lot was play tested. You will receive a clean copy of this hotel; no sim has ever visited here. Alarms, phones, etc... everything your sims needs is included. This is the 2022 version, with less CC than the one uploaded to MTS. It is zoned as Hotel/Lodging. NOTE: The download file contains an extra folder with the lot's "Signage" - these are recolors of EAxis paintings by me, that didn't package with the lot. Please have them in your Downloads folder before installing this lot.
Definitely needed and NOT included - you should get these before installing this lot:
- IF you have HL's Backless Value TubShower, the showers will look better. But, it's not really necessary. The lot won't crash without it.
- The Lifestyle Build Bundle for wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. Most of the outdoor siding is from this bundle.
Also - The archway/windows will probably not be 'cut out' when you first enter the lot. Exit back to the hood and re-enter the lot to fix it. This is a known graphical glitch.

The blue room, "Spot's Spot" (below) is recommended for a single sim and pet. The bed is at an angle in this room. Your sim will walk right through it - but it still functions just fine. The other rooms do not have 'angle' issues, and are recommended for two or more sims and their pups.
