Contemporary Split Level ~ SLOPED lot

I am really lovin' these old blueprint books I found! Hubs and DD (darling daughter) are tired of hearing me say, "Oh, man! I gotta sim this!" LOL! 😅

This is the 2022 version of this house - with much less CC!

This contemporary split-level design is perfect for a large family! It features 4 bedrooms (two are Master Suites) and 4 bathrooms and will easily accommodate a family of six (eight, if you use bunk beds!) There are 2 main living areas, each with a fireplace - one upstairs, and one downstairs, a large family-style eat-in kitchen, and a separate dining room. The garage is over-sized for extra storage, a workbench, or exercise equipment...

I've left it basically undecorated - so it is a blank canvas for you to add whatever furnishings and tchotchkes your sim-heart desires.

 

Please scroll down through all the pictures to see all that this house has to offer. Alarms, telephone (in the kitchen), plumbing, lights, and some basic furniture are included. This house was inspired by Design #V32894 in a blueprint "collection" book from Home Planners, Inc. (circa 1984).

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for one vehicle in the garage.

This is a pet-friendly build. Pet items are not included, but there is ample space for them - and the bathtubs are accessible for dog washing.

This split-level home is built on a sloped lot - it slopes drastically down in back. Please refer to the "back" picture (below) to see what I mean. Sometimes uneven/sloped lots can mess up your neighborhood. So, please back up your 'hood before installing this lot. I have moved this house a few times in my game without any cracks to the nether-world appearing, so it should be safe - but heed the warning please! Back up first!

Some of the wallpapers may be from this bundle:
- The Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon/MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

Definitely needed and NOT included - you MUST get this before installing this lot:
- Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor/MTS2 - used to fix CFE'd wonky walls around the front door. (Installation help is at the bottom of my TOU page)

The front gardens have inaccessible plants. So, I suggest Perfect Plants or Perfect Gardens from Simbology.

I have removed much of the original lot's CC - the house has the same "look", so I didn't redo the pictures. The original is still up on MTS if you really want all that CC.
