His agent called that morning. The market was slim, but there was one new listing that looked interesting, "It's small, Chester. ...Not the sort of architecture you
usually go for. Says it's - minimal?"
"Is it less than $100K?"
"Yup. Sure is."
"It's mine. Text me the addy; I'll be there in a few - " *soft click*
Let's get this party started! (Said no one actually, but in his geeky way, he thought it real hard!)
Sadly, after just a few minutes of "all that" - Chester found himself up here:
And he was very happy.
Looking around at his new acquisition, he smiled quietly to himself. 
Please scroll down through all the pictures to see everything this house has to offer. The house is fully furnished and lightly decorated. All appliances, plumbing, and lighting are included. The stove, fireplace, and grill all have a smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. All three living levels have telephones.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
NOTE: The green living chairs in the basement family room MAY need adjusting/moving before anysim will use them.
There is parking for one vehicle in the driveway. The driveway is sideways, so there are no driving animations of the car leaving/entering the lot.
This is a pet-friendly build. Pet items are not included, but there is ample space for them - and the main floor Master Suite tub is accessible for dog washing.
2-Step Foundations don't need anything special for sims to have access to the house. However, if you want a Large Dog to be able to enter the house, you must have HL's SimplePassageModularStairs to allow them to get up on the lowered foundation and go inside. This lot is packaged with these stairs in place. They are invisible - I have marked their locations on the Main Floor/floor plan picture below. If you do not want to allow large dogs, or just want less CC - untick the box for them in the Clean Installer before installing the lot. NOTE: These stairs cannot be added later - without using the GridAdjuster and completely redoing the foundation/basement levels.

- The Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors. (It's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because they are from this bundle and I didn't realize it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)
Definitely needed and NOT included - you MUST get this before installing this lot:
- Unlevel Wall - #90 by Numenor/MTS2 - (Installation help is at the bottom of my TOU page)
If you don't install Numenor's Wall #90 before entering the lot, there will be missing wall sections or pieces of the WroughtIron fence in place of walls. Here, this wall was used to allow the clerestory windows to work around the living/dining room ceiling.
