*sigh* Anyway... This was built following the floor plan below; and with using only 3 pieces of additional CC - which are included in the package - so you don't have to go shopping for anything! Just relax, instead!🍹
Please take a tour - scroll down for more pictures - and see everything this house has to offer. The house is completely furnished and decorated - though there's plenty of room to add more... Furniture/decos are all EAxis in-game stuff. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. Appliances include: a stove, refrigerator, trash chute, espresso machine, grill, and mini-fridge. The telephone is by the bedroom doors. The front door is burglar alarmed. The stove and grill have smoke alarms.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking available for two vehicles: one in the garage, and one on the driveway.
I may have used wallpapers/floors from this bundle in this build.
