This house is built from RL floor plans, and a copy of the original plans are included in the additional pictures below. My simmed version has a taller roof than the original because I added the loft - I felt 'year round living' needed a bit more inside living space than the originally designed "vacation retreat" had. The roof-line carries down through the garage addition in back, so the over-all wedge shape of the building design is preserved. My outside siding/color choices are different from the original too - because I was going for a No CC build. Please feel free to CC-it-up once you get it in your 'hood.

This house is available in 2 versions: Furnished or UNFurnished.
For both versions - All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The telephone is located by the bedroom doors. The front door is burglar
alarmed. The range and fireplace have smoke alarms.
This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.
There is parking for three vehicles: one in the garage, and two on the driveway.
