Ah, yes... Simtral Florida living ![]()
Watch out for the 'skeeters!
This is an older Florida home, from the 1940's, that was fully remodeled in the 1980's, and then again more recently... It has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, living/family combo, formal dining room, gourmet eat-in kitchen, a study loft, and an upstairs patio/balcony. The lot is landscaped and features a carport, swingset, and slide.
This lot was built for Loaf's "It Takes A Village" contest on MTS back in 2013. My original entry is HERE. The contest requirements were: ROUND ONE OBJECTIVES - Build, decorate and renovate your home! You will be provided with a basic foundation, and your task is to build a home onto this - whether this is a single-story home is up to you in this round. The steps must stay in the same places, but can be switched out for nicer-looking ones. The following rooms MUST be included - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and kitchen. It'd be a good idea to leave space for an extension some day...CC walls and floors were allowed.
2021 UPDATE: Now with No CC!
- the original upload is still available on MTS - it has a lot of added CC
--- You will need to have Numenor's Unlevel Wall - #90 - I use this wall all the time as it is such a forgiving wall to build with ![]()
--- And, if you want the outer green siding, you will need the Lifestyle Build Bundle - you can always substitute whatever wall you choose.
--- I suggest Sophie-David's Invisible Driveway to invisify the driveway.
No CC Included
Lot Size: 20X20
Lot Price: $102,678
