New 2021 Remake: Now with only 1 CC!
This sweet little building was once a fruit-packer warehouse in Mascotte (a small town just West of Clermont on the outskirts of Orlando.) Cat saw it one day as she was traveling through Simtral Florida, and knew she had to save it somehow.
After inquiring at the local Post Office for any information about the current owners - she finally traced it down to the long defunct Pre-Peeled Fruit Factory. [I'm not makin' this stuff up, folks! There really was a "Pre-Peeled" Fruit place - I always wondered how the fruit grew without any skin? Maybe that's why it's been abandoned for 30+ years? Uh huh...]
Anyway - after taking the structure all the way back to the studs, Cat
renovated the space into a one bedroom, one and a half bathroom Modern
Duplex.
Each apartment has three levels: The main living level with a Gourmet
kitchen and counter bar, living area with TV, and a small half bathroom.
The lower level is the bedroom and main bathroom.
And, the upper level - loft style - includes a computer, instrument, and easel.
The original "⭐Picked" lot is still available on MTS - with all it's CC.
This updated/remade 2021-version has only 1 CC, and it is included in the package.

How to rent a Furnished Apartment:
- Bring up the cheat box with CTRL-SHIFT-C.
- Enter the following cheat: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
- Walk your sim to the front door of the apartment that you want to rent. They need to be standing right in front of the door.
- Clear any actions from your sim's queue - including other sims trying to talk to them.
- SHIFT-click on the door of the apartment you wish to rent and choose "Rent Furnished."
- If the action falls out of your queue, your sim probably needs to be closer to the door.
- Once the apartment is rented, bring up the cheat box again.
- Enter: boolProp testingCheatsEnabled false to turn the cheat off again.
